What Does "Hold" Mean?

Placing a hold on your account is not the same as closing or canceling your account. There is no need to re-activate your plan with a new account. You can release the hold later and continue your plan with that account as usual within 60 days guarantee.

How to do it in a simpler way?

Step 1: Go to your Profile and choose "Update Subscription"

Step 2:  

Choose "UNSUBSCRIBE MY PLAN" and hit the button "PUT ON HOLD"


  • We'll store your data for free for 60 days.
  • You can still access, view, and use your existing data during this time.
  • Reactivate your account within the holding time to restore all data saved and continue your work seamlessly.
