Please bear in mind that unassigned seats are subject to deletion. If the seat is allocated to someone, you must first remove the member before removing the seat.
Only workspace owner is able to modify the number of seats and allocate them to members. Workspace owner can remove empty seats with the following steps:
- Click on the "Seats and Members" tab.
- Tap "..." on the right of the empty seat, choose "Remove seat"
- To remove unassigned seats from your team, the system will immediately update the status of that vacant seat to "Removed" - complete with an orange exclamation point.
- In the following billing cycle, the system will not renew those seats. You can always reactivate a seat before the end of the current billing cycle.
