How to submit a ticket?

Here are the steps to take:
1. Click on "New Support Ticket".
2. Enter the following information:
- Requester: Please provide your e-mail address
- Subject: Please indicate the title of your question or concern
- Description: Provide details on your concerns or your request.
+ Attach a file: Add any photos or video/ file of the issue that you're facing.
We would like to point out that you do not need to log in to this account to submit a ticket since this account belongs to our staff.
3. Submit the ticket by clicking on the 'Submit' button. Our support team will respond to your email within 48 hours of receiving your ticket.
